Hearing Aid Management Systems, Inc. (H.A.M.S.) is
a provider-owned network of hearing healthcare professionals who provide
direct care to patients and oversee care provided by other contractors.
H.A.M.S. network providers deliver a full range of
hearing health care services.
- Hearing Evaluations
- Fitting and Dispensing of hearing aids
- Service and Testing of hearing aids
H.A.M.S. providers offer a range of hearing aids to
fit patient needs and budgets. The primary goal of H.A.M.S. professional
services is customer satisfaction. The fitting and subsequent adjustment
to the use of a hearing aid is a very personal and gradual process. The
patient's determination and willing attitude are necessary for getting
used to hearing aids. H.A.M.S. professionals are dedicated to working
with patients to achieve optimum results.
Hearing Aid Management Systems, Inc. (H.A.M.S.) was
incorporated in 1984 and is guided by a board of directors. These directors
are audiologists and hearing aid dispensers who meet to share professional
and clinical expertise and ideas about their practices. They also oversee
the business of the network and to direct the staff of the organization.
Each director has been selected not only to represent their geographical
area but also because they are positive, professional, and experienced.
H.A.M.S. was started in Iowa and has now expanded its activities to include
Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky, Minnesota, Missouri, South
Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and Wisconsin. It is the most successful
